        So here's a thing I actually don't like. The story tries to present Moriarty as having ended the class system with his actions. MI6, in the story, is created as an agency that protects the new, classess status quo of Britain

          But MI6 in real life defends the interests of an imperialist, capitalist state. The world the show says Moriarty makes didn't come to pass. At this point in history Britain literally still has colonies

            I think we can perhaps read this as an alternate history where Britain is socialist or socialist-adjacent because of the events of the story? But it's not what I would have done that is for sure
