      I think Death Note is demonstrably terrible in multiple ways, but, having finished it, I also get why people like it? This is a strange position to be in

        I definitely wanted Light to win, because he worked very hard and had good intentions. This is extremely dangerous considering his ideology is identical to any tough-on-crime Republican and the show argued it was actually totally working
