Videos of protesters doing the Cha Cha slide with the cops bring me physical pain. It makes me pray for a time in the near future where the left is even half as organized as the libs have been when it comes to these things.

I mean, okay, say you're Black Lives Matter, Incorporated, right? If I'm running any one chapter of the organization, or I'm in any position of influence, I'm using my position to figure out the best way to extract concrete concessions from the state.

But BLM, Inc seems more concerned with staging protests that look good on TV than change. It's a double edged sword I guess. If BLM, Inc didn't self-censor and openly embrace the police and the status quo they'd just be labeled another antifa terror group and hated by everyone

I feel like liberals want this to be an MLK moment, because MLK looks good on TV. But this is fallacious. MLK DIDN'T LOOK GOOD ON TV WHEN HE WAS MLK. The half measures, compromises, and "I'm not racist buts" that looked good in the 50s and 60s changed exactly nothing
